Insulated piping
- [Woman] If we have insulated piping in our facility, it should always be noted on the PNID so that we know what pipes are insulated and we can make allowances for the additional material in our designs. To add the insulation to piping we simply specify the insulation thickness and the type shown in the PNID and add it to the properties dialog box. So let's go ahead and open drawing five ten piping. So, we're going to come up and take a look at the piping on the top of our platform here. I'm just going to move that to a view that we can see a little better. I'm going to run some insulation on this discharge line that you see coming off the top of the vessel. It runs off both sides of this little structural steel module right here. What I'm going to do is just pick a point on the line and I'm going to right click and I'm going to come down to the properties here. Now, under the pipe here, I'm going to scroll down and under process line you'll see a spot here for insulation thickness…
