- [Instructor] When your team opens Data Manager on your desktop, they're automatically shown all the data in the project. And yes, this data can be filtered, but this is a repetitive task that designers will have to do often in a day. However, this time can be reduced by having a project administrator set up typical custom views that are available at the project level to all of the project team. We're going to open up our project settings and set this up. So, in our chapter six project we're going to look at project manager and project set up. So, under our P90 drawing settings we want to look at our data manager configuration. Now we're using P90 drawing settings because typically our valve lists are created from P90 database rather than the 3D database. So, in this case I'm going to create the view here for us.
