Add folders to the Project Manager

- [Instructor] Now let's make a start on chapter four. We're going to look at managing your Plant 3D files. So let's go ahead and open our project. So we're going to navigate to Open, Desktop, Exercise Files, Chapter four, Project XML. When we create our plant drawings, it's critical that we follow the correct procedures to ensure that all drawings and data are registered to the project. The folders that you see in project manager are what we call virtual folders and these are used to organize your files visually and make it easier for the design team to locate the files they need. It's important to note that they may have different name or structure to those we set up in Windows, so let's look at this a little more closely. So let's take a look at the folders that we have in project manager, so we have a node for P9D's and inside all the drawings we have will be listed here. Also have our Plant 3D.
