- [Instructor] Another useful interface element is the Toolbar, found here across the top of the screen. Versions older than 2017 will not be able to see this Toolbar. However, if you do have Accents, it's a great resource. By default, we can see various groups of useful tools, like Saving, Undo and Redo, Printing, and Inserting Other Information. We can, of course, customize the Toolbar to show additional toolsets. Simply right-click anywhere on the Toolbar, and then click Customize Toolbar. From here, we can drag and drop to create a Toolbar unique to our needs. There are even placeholders of gaps of preset width or variable width to visually separate the different tool groups. So, if I want to add something like the Audit button, which I can find here, simply drag it up to my Toolbar.
