- [Instructor] And down on the Status Bar, I have two other tools that can help me draw vertical and horizontal lines without typing in common angles like zero and 90 degrees. The first one we see is the Ortho Function, which I can enable here. It doesn't really seem to do much until I actually enter a command. So, I'm going to grab the Line tool, pick my first point, and now we can see that I'm locked in to only being able to draw lines horizontally and vertically. I'm going to disable Ortho Mode down here, and we can see that I'm now returned to Free Mode where I can draw a line in any direction that I like. A quick tip as you're drafting. In this Free Mode, if I want to draw a line that's perfectly straight, horizontal or vertical, I can hold down the Shift key on my keyboard. This will put me into a temporary Ortho Mode. I will stay in this mode until I release the Shift key, and then I'm put back into my normal Free…
