Limits and units

- [Instructor] There are a few other things that we need to check or set before we save our template. Remember, part of the purpose of the template is to give us as much of a leg up on our drawing as possible. So we want to build in as much of our settings and elements that we can so we're not repeating any work that we don't have to. To that end, I want to look at the limits and units. Units is a little misleading as it really only partially deals with metric versus imperial measurements. It has more to do with the accuracy that AutoCAD for Mac speaks to us in as well as whether or not AutoCAD for Mac, recognizes the foot symbol when we enter in values. We can access units by going up to format and units or by simply typing in units down at the command line. From here, this is sort of broken out into two different categories, length and angle.
