Layer naming philosophies

- [Instructor] In the previous video, we were in Revit, and we set up all of our export setups ready to export out our dwg with the appropriate layers, the appropriate CAD standards, and so on. So, what we've done now is we've exported that out, and, as you can see now, I'm in AutoCAD 2018, and you can see the name of the file at the top. It's Floor Plan-00_Ground.dwg. Now, I have saved that out in the exercise files for this particular chapter. So, if you're not a Revit user, and you're not worried about going through that workflow, that process to export out, you can, obviously, just open up the dwg file, and it's there, ready and waiting for you. Just got to download it from the website, and put it in a known location where you can use it to follow along with this video and the next one. Now, the floor plan is there. All the layers have come across from Revit using the BS 1192 CAD standard. So, let's jump into the home tab on the ribbon and go into our layer properties manager. And…
