Drawing tabs

- [Instructor] In 2016, AutoCAD for Mac underwent an interface update and the new interface more closely reflects what users find in the Windows version. One of these elements are drawing tabs. Like the tabs you would find in a web browser like Chrome or Safari, drawing tabs allow you to quickly jump between multiple open drawings. Found here, across the top of the drawing window, we can simply click to enter in a new drawing. You can also click and drag to reorder these tabs. If you right-click on a tab or hold CTRL and do a regular click you'll see a series of options. This include things like saving, saving all open tabs, closing all open tabs and also opening finder to the location of the file. Now this only works if you actually have the file saved but this is really handy if you're working in a project and need to open other files in the same directory.
