- [Instructor] So we have all our plan elevation and our section views. But I want to add a little bit more, well detail to my detail view. I want to add a little bit of line work to make it a little bit more representative of what you would really see in a detail view. So I'm going to zoom in down here to this corner point here that we had originally specified for our detail view, I can even restore the view right there, okay. Now I have a new layer here that we've added called Details, and I'm going to make that my current layer, and I just want to add a little bit of line work to this particular view. So I'm going to grab the line tool. There we are. And I'm going to start from this corner point here and just go straight over and then press Return. I'm going to use the offset tool. I'm going to offset down 1.5 inches, that's about the size of a two by four standard framing member there. Alright, or two by six I guess…
