- [Instructor] So here I'm in my electrical drawing. I need to reference in the floor plan so that I can place my outlets around the plan. I'm going to go over to the Reference Manager Tab here and click on add From here I'm going to go ahead and extra thin the Floor Plan and click open and believe all of the settings as we see them on the screen. I'll specify the Insertion Point. It's going to be attachment and I'm going to to use Relative path and click okay. And I'm going to place this right around here. So I need to place a few outlets around the perimeter of the room. I'm going to go back over to my layers pallet to make sure that I grabbed the right layer and I want to make note of all of the new layers that have been added to the drawing.
