Batch plotting

- [Narrator] Another tool for creating plots is the batch publish tool. This is great for plotting all of your layouts or even multiple files quickly, provided you've taken the time to create your page setups properly. I'll find the tool here under File, Batch Publish. We can see that we have the option of sending the prints to the printer indicated that's in the Page Setup or creating a single PDF from all of our prints, which is what we are going to do. I'm going to click on Add Current Drawing. So I'll load the current drawing that I have open. But I could also choose adding all the open drawings that I have or adding additional drawings into my list. I don't typically want to print the model space, so I'm going to go ahead and click on the minus button to remove that. Then I'll select all of my sheet names here and make sure that they're all using Letter Monochrome as the page setup, as it has all the settings that I need. Here at the bottom, I can see all of the options…
