- [Instructor] We reviewed page setups in detail earlier in this video series, but suffice to say they serve as printer defaults for each layout tab. These printing defaults are also visually represented on the layout tab in the background as a white sheet of paper with a gray dash line just inside the edge. This background is white by default, but this can be changed in options if you wish. The dash line represents your printer margins essentially showing you how close to the edge of the paper the printer that you have selected can physically print to. I'm going to go up to File, Page Setup Manager, and I'm going to click on the plus icon here. I'm simply going to name this ANSI B PDF and then click Continue. From here I can start to set my values. I'll select the AutoCAD PDF, General Documentation printer. I'm going to go down and find the ANSI B, 17 by 11 inch paper here. I'm going to have this print to the Extents…
