Accessing the palettes

- [Instructors] The pallettes found in AutoCAD for Mac are typically spread around the perimeter of the screen to allow for the largest amount of working space or "screen real estate" as possible. To see the palettes available to you, we'll go up to the Menu bar, and look under Window. The palettes checked are the ones displayed, and I can check or uncheck these as needed. I've found the default palettes seen here are the ones most commonly used, but if you find yourself accessing certain functions on a regular basis, like Xrefs, for example, you can turn them on or off here. Unlike previous versions, some of the palettes are now combined into a sort of master palette found here on the right side of the screen. Across the top of the palette are tabs that allow us to switch back and forth between these different palettes, including Layers and Properties, Xrefs, and the Content Manager.
