- [Instructor] We've done all of the hard work so let's let AutoCAD MEP reap the benefits. I'm talking about using the smart information to populate a schedule. Since we've gone through the trouble of tagging everything, we can now use a default schedule to display the information in an organized manner. By selecting a device schedule from our menu, we will bring it into the drawing. We will do this by first selecting the correct schedule. Then we'll select all of our devices by windowing them when prompted. Lastly, we'll place the schedule off to the side where we can cut a view port in paper space and display it. So let's get started by jumping into AutoCAD MEP into our Schedules drawing. First thing I want to do is go to the Home tab. Now let's go down to the Annotation panel. And notice that there's a little schedule icon. Click the little dropdown next to it and select Device Schedule. What I want to do now is let's pick a window around this area where our devices are.
