- [Instructor] We're moving into another chapter in our course now and we're gonna look at Hatching in our AutoCAT LT drawings. Now one of the really neat features about hatching in AutoCAT LT is the Hatch Creation Tab, now just before we jump into that, I just want to make you aware that we've got a new drawing for you, it's called HatchingGradients.dwg and it's available in the library for you to download and follow along with these videos. So let's get back now to that Hatch Creation tab, it's very easy to find, you go to the Home tab on the ribbon, Draw panel and there's Hatch there, click on the fly-out, you've got Hatch, Gradient and Boundary. Select Hatch, and what the Hatch does is, it allows you to hatch areas within your AutoCAT LT drawing, now you'll notice as soon as you click on Hatch you get a Hatch Creation tab at the top there on the ribbon, it's a contextual tab and there's lots of stuff in here, lots of stuff indeed, so I don't want you to be daunted by this…
