Writing multiline text

- In this video, we will create a Multiline Text object. Open the Architectural2 sample file and pan over to the side to give yourself some room to write some text. Go up here and before we jump into the Multiline Text tool, let's make another Single Line Text object. Click a start point, somewhere over here, and hit Enter twice to accept the default height and rotation angle. I've already copied some text to the clipboard and I'm just going to paste that in here by pressing Ctrl v. I'll press Enter once to go to the next line and once more to end the command. So, here we have two paragraphs but, because they're Single Line Text, obviously the text just keeps going until the end of the paragraph. If I wanted this text to occupy a smaller area, it would really be a nightmare. I would have to go in here, double-click, copy a certain amount of it, make a new text object, paste it in there, line up the text objects. It would just take me 20 minutes to arrange that and it's not worth it…
