Working with hatch patterns and hatch scales

- [Instructor] We're staying in our HatchingGradients.dwg file and I've deliberately left it in the same state as it was at the end of the last video. So we've clicked on the hatch command and the hatch creation tab would come up, the contextual tab at the top there on the ribbon. Now, you'll notice on your dynamic input as soon as you click on that hatch command and you get the hatch creation tab AutoCAD LT is prompting you for an internal point by default for a hatch pattern. Now what we're going to do is we're going to set up our hatch pattern and we're also going to set up our hatch scale as well. Because sometimes when you do one of these cross hatches the gaps between the lines are so small that it just looks like a solid fill. So we need to pick an internal point first. We're gonna zoom in on these rooms here, first of all, and as you notice when I hover can you see it's giving me a preview of the hatch pattern each time.
