- [Instructor] We're staying in our MakingChanges.dwg file And you'll notice as well, I've kept the modify panel pinned open there, just in case we need it. What I'd like you to do is zoom and pan to get this office area a bit bigger on the screen first. So just maybe pan it to the center, zoom in a little bit like so. And what I'm gonna show you now are some of the more sophisticated selection tools that you can utilize when you're working in AutoCAD LT. Before we do that thought, I'd like you to right click anywhere in the drawing and go to options on the shortcut menu. And I'd like you to select the selection tab in the options dialog box. And I want you to look over here in selection modes. You'll notice by default noun/verb selection is on, which means that you can select the object, the noun, before the command, the verb, and that's a default setting in AutoCAD LT and it's very, very useful. And I'll show you why it's useful in a moment. Everything else you can leave as-is. So…
