Rectangles and polygons
This video is about rectangles and polygons, two specialized Polyline tools. You can find both of them on this fly out. We begin with the rectangle. As the icon suggests, rectangles are made by clicking two opposite corner points. I will do that here. Very straightforward. I'll select the rectangle. And you'll see that it's actually a polyline. That means that we have access to its grips. Just as if we had drawn this using the p line command. We can then reposition these vertices, if we want. Or convert straight lines into arcs. And so on. So I'll press Escape to deselect. Let's try rectangle again and this time we'll use a different option. Let's try fillet. This option here. Some people say fill-aye, I say fill-it. The fill it is a radius transition between each edge. So we're going to specify that distance here. I'll type in 1 enter, and then I'll go ahead and proceed to draw the rectangle.
