In this video, Shaun Bryant explains how to print a simple drawing in AutoCAD LT.
- [Instructor] So, once again, we're staying…in our Design Intent.dwg file,…and at the moment I've got the ISO A3 DWF tab current.…That's the one that's got all…the page setups set up correctly.…As you can see, it's got all annotative scaling set up…for the dimensioning.…It's also got there as well the table…in the lower view port.…You'll also notice just at the bottom of the screen there,…that what it did was an automatic save.…You can set an automatic save in AutoCAD,…and what happens is that automatic save just saves…to a known location.…
That's why that pops up on the screen…at that particular time.…What we need to look at is printing and plotting.…Now, before we print and or plot,…I just want to get across to you that printing…and plotting mean exactly the same thing.…Printing to a regular inkjet printer is printing.…Plotting is an older term from we used to use…the old pen plotters back in the day…when AutoCAD first kind of kicked in, in industry,…and so on, and we used to literally have pens…in the plotter head.…
