Join Shaun Bryant for an in-depth discussion in this video Previewing the plot, part of Learning AutoCAD LT.
We have already touched on previewing…our plots before we send them to hard copy…or electronic format.…But, I just want to go over it…and refresh your memories…if you haven't looked at it already,…and also just to make sure that you know…all the different methods of previewing…your plots and your prints…before you send them out to communicate your…design intent with AutoCAD LT.…Now, the quickest way to preview your plots…is to go up to the Output tab and in here,…in the plot panel, you've got a preview icon.…
That's the quickest way.…And as it says there on the little flyout,…it displays the drawing as it will be plotted.…So, you've gotta make sure that your page setups…are set up correctly.…So, what you want to do, to check your page setups,…again, in the plot panel, click on Page Setup Manager.…There's all your page setups for this particular drawing.…Now, the one that we set up is this one; D size.…So, I can go into the modify button there…and just check all the settings, make sure everything…is set up the way I want it.…
