- In this video you'll learn how to create a package that contains your drawing file and all of its dependencies so that you can email it as an attachment or upload it via FTP or use a file transfer service. Open the Architectural2 sample file in the Chapter 16 folder. This file contains an Xref, namely the Furniture drawing is Xref'd into it. Type etransmit. This utility program will automatically package not only the current drawing file, but all of its dependencies so that you can send this information to a colleague that also has a copy of AutoCAD and the permission to go ahead and edit your source files. So let's go ahead and see what we have here, we have the Architerctural2 drawing, we have the color dependent plot style table, and under external references we have the Furniture drawing.
