Implementing dynamic rotation behavior for the callout block

- To make this dynamic block more useful, it would be helpful to rotate the arrows into any arbitrary orientation so that the arrows can point at any part of the building or object that we are referencing. To do that, we will add a rotation parameter and action to this dynamic block. Select the block, right-click, and go to the Block Editor. Go to the Parameters tab in the Block Offering Palettes, and choose Rotation. Specify the base point at the center of the circle or the midpoint of the line. Either way, they're the same. Then click the radius of the parameter about here, midway between the circle and the visibility grid. Then hit Enter to complete the command. There's an exclamation point over here, to indicate that more action is needed. Go to the Actions tab and choose the Rotate action, select the parameter, Angle 1, and then select the objects.
