- In this video, we will create two attribute definitions. Essentially, we want to convert the text that we've used to design the symbol with into attribute definitions. This can later be included in a block and inserted into the drawing. Those are subjects of another video. Right now, we need to focus on converting these text objects. There's two here. I wanna convert those into attribute definitions. I want to preserve the insertion point of these two objects that I used to lay out the symbol. To do that, I'm going to put in some point objects. I'll type p + o for point, and I'd like to specify the point to snap to the insertion point of the text object. I'll hold down shift and right-click, and choose Insert. Now I can snap to that insertion point. I'll click right now, and that puts in a point object. I can then erase this text, and I'll repeat the process. I'll type po, enter, shift, right-click, Insert, click right here, and then delete this text. Now we're ready to create…
