Changing linetype scale

- Line type scale can be controlled at the object level with an object property, or it can be controlled globally with a system variable. Open the Architectural2 sample file and zoom in here into the kitchen. Draw a line across this area and then select it and assign the hidden line type to the object and then press escape. So we have two lines here, both with hidden line type, but one is larger than the other. That's happening because this particular object had its line type scale adjusted to .5 so it's going to be half as big as a line that you draw from scratch. Now we can control both of these with a system variable called lt scale, which stands for line type scale, of course. You can type lts for short. You know it's a system variable because of this gear icon. Right now the line type scale factor is set to 70. What if we change that to, say, 35? Everything got smaller by half. What if we changed it to, say, 140? Everything got more spaced out. But the relative sizes of these two…
