Altering extension lines

- Let's take a look at some of the properties associated with extension lines just to give you an example of how you can customize the dimension objects. Let's zoom in on this dimension here that's marked 5.4. Look closely. This extension line seems to duplicate the extension line of the adjacent object. And it looks thicker here as a consequence of that. Sometimes that could happen if the two dimensions were referring to points that were really close together down here. But in fact, both of these dimensions are referring to the same point. You can verify that by selecting them both and zooming in. There's no separation here. There's not two grips. There's only one. They're both referencing that point. And they happen to both be associated with the point. And I can see that because there are no exclamation point badges on our objects. I'm going to stretch this up here and attach it to its neighbor. We shouldn't mix and match different kinds of arrowheads in the same drawing like this.…
