Aligning text objects
In this video, we will align three text objects. Open the architectural three sample file in the chapter nine folder. And zoom in here to the kitchen. There will probably be many instances where you have text objects that you've created at different times. And then later you realize you want them all to align. This is not as easy as it sounds because if we had to this manually, we would have to maybe draw a line here and then we would have to move each text object from its insertion point. So, I'll turn on Insert > Snap and then move it here perpendicular to the line. And I'd have to do that for each text object. And the problem gets more tedious the more lines of single line text that you need to align. But fortunately, there is a better way to do this, and I'd like to demonstrate that for you now.
