- [Instructor] In the previous video I showed you the different workflows for the PLC Modules in AutoCAD Electrical. So you've got the Parametric, and you've got the Full Unit. The Full Unit opens up the icon menu, the Parametric has it's own little dialog box, and it's own little macros that basically allow you to set up a PLC Module in your AutoCAD Electrical drawing. So we're going to look at the Parametric ones first. So we're in our demo10.dwg file, as we were in the previous video. I go up to the Schematic tab on the ribbon, into the fly out menu in the Insert Components panel, and I select Insert PLC Parametric. Now, the Parametric ones, you go in and you set all of your settings in the dialog box. And then all you've got to do is click on OK at the bottom. AutoCAD Electrical takes care of the rest for you, because it's all set up with little macros, and there's like a little spreadsheet kind of environment behind this that basically pulls all the data out of the database and…
