Display pipe network on profile view

- [Instructor] We could choose to display this entire pipe network on a profile view. And this works well and is very simple, but sometimes it displays too much information. For example, pipes that go outside or deviate far away from the alignment. So instead of doing it that way, let's select all the objects that we want to display on our profile, and choose only to display those. Let me go through here and manually click each structure and each pipe, except for what's going to go outside the right of way. Now I'm going to right click my mouse, and choose draw parts in profile view. Using the roadway profile we created earlier, I'll click any part of that grid, and now, based on these styles assigned to those structures and pipes it'll display in profile view. From here we're able to do many of the same things we can from plan view. We can manually adjust elevations, and we can label. If I right click, choose add label, and we'll se that same information displayed in a different view.
