Creating point tables
- [Narrator] Once you have the points in the drawing it maybe useful to have a point table for reference to be able to see the information about all the points in an easy to read tabular format. Let's go ahead and open up our exercise drawing for this video and create our Cogo table. I'm going to go open from our quick access toolbar choose 0308 Cogo table. And this is roughly the drawing we were just working in we have our trees placed, our iron pins placed, and let's create a point table. To do that just pick on one of the points notice from the contextual ribbon, one of the options on the far left, by the way it's always on the far left for annotation labels and tables. We're going to choose add tables. There's a style to this, what columns we have, the precision, and the layout all controlled by the style. And then how do you add the points to the table? You can manually pick points one at a time, you can use the label style that the point is working with and so we can maybe say…
