Create a parcel by layout

- [Instructor] Now that we've learned a bit about parcels, let's create some. We'll start with creating parcels from objects that already exist in the Drawing. You'll see, in my Drawing that I've used AutoCAD to delineate some of the major areas for my development. I've got a large parcel line out here representing the existing parcel boundary. I've got another parcel boundary on the interior which represents an area that's not going to be developed. And you'll see some other line work here in pinkish purple which represents proposed rights of way for the different roads and Cul-de-sacs in my development. And then for the existing road, you'll notice a yellow right of way line here. So we're going to use this geometry to define the major areas to be subdivided in our development.
