Create a grading model feature line

- [Instructor] We can create grading model feature lines by manually drawing them pretty much like a polyline or converting information and assigning elevations as we go. Let's take a look at converting this polyline and assigning the elevation of 3192. We'll go to the Home tab, Create Design panel, choose Feature Line, and Create Feature Lines from objects. Now, I can choose this polyline. Press Enter to accept. Now we'll erase the existing entities and assign elevations. Click OK. And it will ask me where do we want to assign the elevation. I'll choose to manually type in 3192. Click OK. Now you can see the white line has been deleted and a green feature line is now in its place. If we select the Feature line and right click, and choose elevation editor, you'll see that we have those four points and they're all at elevation 3192, and it's flat. Using the Elevation Editor, we're able to raise or lower everything incrementally. So let's say we want to raise this by half a foot. I'll…
