Create data shortcut project

- [Man] To manage and share data in Civil 3D, we use data shortcuts. To get this set up, we'll need to have the tool space turned on and if you notice down at the bottom of the prospector, we have data shortcuts. By right clicking on data shortcuts, we can first set our working folder. So you think of this as where all of your projects may be stored. For this instance, I'm going to choose my Desktop and then Chapter 11 under the exercise files, click OK. Once the working folder is set, if there was a project already in here, it may appear. The next step is to create new data shortcuts project folder so this is where all of the information about the shared data is going to be stored. If I click that, then I want to name it, either my project name or in this case, since we're doing exercise 11.01, we'll name it that. We can use a project template so if we want a certain set of folders and files to appear in this, we can add that here based on a template. I'm going to click OK and now…
