Controlling the display of fittings

- [Instructor] Fitting Styles control the way fittings appear in your drawing. Let's see how they work. I'm going to zoom into this elbow fitting in the drawing and just to get things rolling, I'm going to select it, go to Fitting Properties, and just take note of the current Object Style which is called Centerline Water. I'm going to come over here to the dropdown and make a copy of that style, and I'm going to call it on the Information tab, Water Presentation. So what I'd like to do is develop a style that I would use for more of a presentation purpose, maybe an illustration in a report or something to show the waterline's not so schematically but more as though they're pipes and fittings. So I'll make some changes here, I'll go to the Plan view and instead of displaying the fitting as just a simple centerline, I'm going to use the catalog-defined block so it's kind of like a wire frame view of the 3D part. Notice also I've got a user-defined block so I could grab an AutoCAD block…
