- [Instructor] We created a volume surface and we saw some rainbow colors we kind of were able to analyze it because it gave us volumes back, some statistics. But what were those colors and how can we use that information to analyze the data a little bit better? Let's learn about analyzing the surface in this video. And we're going to open up our Exercise File under Chapter four Analyze Surface 04_07. Everything we're going to do with regard to analyzing a surface we're going to use that volume surface we created in our last video. But don't feel that the only way you can analyze a surface is if it's a volume surface. Everything we're about to do is available in any normal surface. We can analyze a normal surface just the same way it's just easier to see where the volume surface is what we're about to do and the different analyze types.
