- [Instructor] In the last video, you learned a bit about what data shortcuts are. Let's explore that a bit further and actually create some data shortcuts. You can see I'm in the drawing called Alignment. And we have an alignment, actually several alignments, in this drawing. And what I'd like to do is create a shortcut for this alignment so that my other team members can access it as well. To start out, I'm going to right-click Data Shortcuts on the Prospector tab and pick Set Working Folder. And I want to browse to my Exercise Files directory and the chapter 12_02 folder. Now, I'll right-click Data Shortcuts and pick New Data Shortcuts Project Folder. I'll name this Data Shortcuts and click OK. Now I've got a location to store my data shortcuts. The final step is to actually create the data shortcut itself. So I'll zoom in nice and close so that I can pick this alignment without picking any of the labels on it. When…
