The status bar
- [Instructor] We're staying in our good old Floor Plan.dwg file, and we're going to look now at the status bar in the AutoCAD Architecture interface. The status bar is located at the bottom of the AutoCAD Architecture screen. Now, you'll notice, as I move the crosshair around, can you see the coordinates down there at the bottom of the screen changing? That's the status bar. The coordinates here are on the left hand end of the status bar. If I move along, this button here is telling me that I'm either in Model or Paper space. As you can see, I'm in the Model tab, so the button there is telling that I'm in Model space. I've got here my grid and my snap. They're both blue because they're on. Can you see the grid there in the drawing? If I switch it off, the grid disappears. If I switch off snap, that also means that I can't snap to the grid either 'cause it's off. I've got my Dynamic Input settings here, so Dynamic Input is currently on. What that allows me to do is do something like a…
