Creating curtain walls

- [Instructor] In the previous video we looked at modifying some of our walls and changing heights of walls and I've left the drawing the wall construction drawing in the same state as it was in the previous video. So we can see that we've got our little 1500 high wall here. Now it may be that we don't want our little 1500 high wall in our Auto CAD Architecture drawing. So I'm just select that, I'm going to hit the delete key, and I'm going to remove that from the drawing like that. Now, that's completely gone and you can see the white line underneath our outline that we used previously to generate our walls. What I'd like to do now is go back to our top view so that we can place what is called a curtain wall. Now a curtain wall is normally a proprietary system of mullions and glazing that goes into an architectural model or building or house or whatever and you'll notice that a lot of modern construction now are these big tall high rise buildings have a lot of glass facades, that's a…
