Filmmaker Maxim Jago shows how to clean up audio and add audio effects for a video electronic press kit (EPK).
(twinkling music) - [Voiceover] Hello there, I'm Maxim Jago, and welcome to EPK Editing Workflows 04: Audio Cleanup and Special Effects. This course is part of a six-part series that breaks down producing content for a music video EPK using Adobe Creative Cloud. Producing a professionally finished video can take weeks with several layers of revision. For this series, I'll show you the techniques you'll use on a regular basis to produce this kind of work.
And in the final course, I'll show you a real world example. In this course, we'll be looking at audio mixing, clean up and effects with Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition. Starting out in Premiere Pro, we'll check out levels and make simple adjustments using clip rubber bands and gain controls. Next, we'll send our edited sequence to Audition to benefit from the advanced analysis tools and controls.
We'll use Audition's excellent audio cleanup tools to work on noisy location sound and improve voices using compression tools. We'll also make adjustments to the mix using standard controls like audio envelopes and parametric EQ before sending the finished mix back to Premiere Pro to recombine it with our original sequence. Let's get started with EPK Editing Workflows 04: Audio Cleanup and Special Effects.
