Editing with Audio Time Units

- [Instructor] Premiere has a very handy display setting called audio time units that allows you to cut your audio with more precision. It's an essential part of my audio workflow, especially when I'm working on music or dialog. You see, video is made up of frames, so it makes sense that our sequences are also measured in frames. If I check the sequence settings of this sequence here, I'll go up to the sequence menu, sequence settings, you can see that the frame rate is 23.976 frames per second. So that basically means that there are 24 places, every second, that I can make an edit. But when it comes to audio, this can actually be very limiting. For example, if I go over to another sequence, I'll just cancel this, go into my sequence in chapter 01, 01-03, audio time units. And here I have a piece of music where I've placed a marker on a beat. And at the moment, it looks like my play head is directly over that beat, but if I start to zoom in on this using the plus key, you'll notice…
