Automatically ducking the music

- [Narrator] It's now time to combine the music with the dialog in the mix and to do that I need adjust the volume of the music to make sure it's never overpowering the dialogue. This is a process known as ducking, which means turning down the music when someone is speaking and then turning it back up again. You can do this manually by adding key frames to your music track but there's a much faster and automated way of doing this using the Essential Sound panel. So first, let's have a listen to a part of our session where the dialogue and the music are competing. So I'm just going to move over here and just scroll down to where my music track is.
