Adjusting track levels
- As well as being able to adjust the volume of each individual clip in the Multitrack Editor, you can also adjust the volume of the track. This means if you keep your tracks organized, and put all the same content on the same track, you can now change the volume of all those clips with one control, rather than one control for each clip. So for example, I have a dialogue track here. And I also have a music track, where a lot of the music clips are drowning out the dialogue. And rather than having to go into each individual music clip and turning it down, I can turn them all down with this one volume control here. So what I might do is just find a place where there's some dialogue, I'll just zoom in on this area here. And while I play back this and listen to the music, I'll set the volume for the track and it will set the volume for all the clips on the track.
