I understand, you're passionate about your art, you want to get it out in the world and it is just so mind-numbingly slow in terms of getting any response to your phone calls or any of your emails or ever getting a song cut or placed in a film or a TV show. Waiting is the absolute worst. One of the solutions that I used that really started to help me feel more connected to my work and helped me be more patient was the idea of keeping a lot of irons in the fire.
