Safely splitting a signal

Safely splitting a signal

- [Instructor] We're going to end with what seems like it should be a simple subject. What do you do if you need to make multiple copies of a signal? Well, the short answer is you send it to a multiple, and on the output jacks you get multiple copies. However, there are many different types of multiples available, and which one you use depends on what type of signal you're trying to copy. Now, most of the time, you're just trying to copy simple modulation signals like envelopes, LFOs, et cetera. And if that's the case, it doesn't really matter what type of multiple you use, you have a lot of flexibility. In this case, I've sort of a pretty simple patch with the R-square wave, some pulse with modulation going on, and the filter being modulated by its own envelope, going through an intinuator, coming back into the cut off jack on the Mother-32. Now, what if we decide, you know, be nice if there was some resonance added to that filter setting, so let's try some different ideas. I like…
