- [Scott] In this movie, we're going to get into some MIDI recording using the shape instrument. I'll go over a few different MIDI recording techniques for LUNA. So here in this session, I have two MIDI enabled instrument tracks. I have one called Organ that's using a organ sound on the shape instrument, and I have a drums track. Let's take a listen to the organ track. So I'll go ahead and record enable it and I'll play back my MIDI keyboard. (organ music) Pretty good organ sound. I can use the modulation wheel to get the rotor spinning. You hear the warble effect. Okay, so I'm going to record an organ as a first MIDI recording pass here. Now, just like an audio recording, once I have the track enabled, I'm going to want to go up and record enable the transport. And now, as soon as I hit play, I'll be recording MIDI and MIDI will start feeding into the timeline. Notice I have my click track on, so that'll give…
