Movable major scale fingerings

- All right, those scales are really good to use for soloing and for improvisation, but you're sort of stuck just using that one position. You can't really move it around. So another way to learn your scales is in movable shapes. So what's great about these movable shapes is that you can literally just take that scale down two frets or up two frets and it just applies to a new pitch or a new key. So let's check this out for A major. First I'm gonna show you guys three different fingerings for this scale. One starting with the first finger, one starting with the second finger, and then finally one with the pinkie. So here's the one starting with the first finger at the fifth fret.
