Making a limited run of CDs

Making a limited run of CDs
It used to be that you needed to order at least a minimum of 1000 CDs for any CD release. Which in many cases left 900 in a garage unsold. While CDs still have a place in this world, it's not always a great idea to invest a lot in inventory. Luckily, the days where you have to order 500 or 1000 of anything are over. It's now possible to get just enough to have a few on hand. Or order anything else on an as needed basis. On demand websites like Kunaki, now allow you to purchase from 1 to 100,000 for anywhere from $1 to $1.75 each. They also offer drop shipping and direct fulfillment from your website, Facebook page or anywhere else online. Other alternatives include CD-Fulfillment, Createspace, Vervante and many more. These CDs are top quality. And look like a million bucks if you supply them with great artwork. They come shrink wrapped and ready to sell. Today, there's no reason to be stuck with inventory. Purchase just enough for your needs, and no more until you're ready.
