MI Braids: Other algorithms

MI Braids: Other algorithms

- [Instructor] Finally, I'm going to wrap up some of the stranger sounds inside Braids where it emulates different digital circuits where things might be going just a little bit wrong. One is the toy sound which is down here before the FM before the VOSIM, right there. It comes in right after the analog synthesis emulations. By toy, they mean a circuit bent toy, where someone's been going in and rewiring some of the digital circuitry making some of the waveforms go a bit awry. Timbre is the stability or the clock rate, color is how glitched out or the pattern of the glitches on that particular waveform. And we can so over in the DATA what's going on here. I need to reroute my gate back to my MIDI interface to actually hear this. You get a lot of instability in here. And we can play around with the pattern of these glitches with color. Have a lot of fun routing things like an LFO to that color just to get some rhythmic changes out of the sound. Let's go ahead and take what's currently…
