- There's two ways to find your entrance, when you're about to sing either a phrase, an embellishment, it doesn't matter. But if you're starting, like with these exercises, just on the embellishment, you can count how many beats you're silent and then know on what beat you start singing. Often, there's a note that you can hear in the accompaniment that tells you your starting note. You'll see what I mean with this next exercise. This is primarily a country tune, and it uses an O, but as you do the embellishment, that O changes just a little bit into an ooh and back to an O. Here's how it goes.
