- And here we go, let's give a listen to example number nine. (metronome) (drums, bass, and guitar) One, two, three, four. (drums) Whoo, let's break that one down. Okay, now, I played that one really close to the music, but I purposely played it a little bit more using what I would do with it. And I'll show you. What I was doing is I was keeping my right hand going in time to the music. And any other chords or any other small notes that came along were incidental to the fact that I keep my right hand moving, which is probably the most important thing. So what I was doing was, in the key of A, (guitar) I'm playing a quarter note using power chords (guitar) on strings five, four, and three (guitar). And then I'm going to go down on the six string (guitar) and play a G note at the third fret and bend it slightly (guitar). Just make it ugly, bend it slightly.
